The Association is on a fiscal year July 1 to June 30th.
A Homeowner Association Board Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday May 31, 2011 to discuss and finalize the budget for July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012.
The Homeowner Association Board Meetings are held at the Cordelia / Fairfield Library, 5050 Business Center Drive, Fairfield, CA 94534, Main Meeting Room, from 6:30pm to 8:45pm.
