Mr. Cardosi is knowledgeable and has a compassionate nature. He interacts with owners and at times with tenants and can be firm without being disrespectful. He will gladly share his knowledge and experience with Owners and Board Directors and yet is not overbearing and realizes that HOA decisions are the responsibility of the Board of Directors. Siena's previous Association management company lacked many of the good qualities Mr. Cardosi possesses.
